I have just completed 4 months of physical therapy at Adept and I cannot express enough how satisfied I was with my progress under the expertise of both Melissa and Kim.I am a 76 year old with chronic arthritis and back issues s well as putting up with normal aging. If you are prescribed a regimen for PT, Adept PT is where you must go. Melissa is absolutely the best. She has that sixth sense of knowing exactly what you need, as well as knowing how to 'push' you without your feeling pushed. Need I say, she makes the sessions enjoyable!

This is the best PT experience, with warm and Hommy environment, professional and compassionate therapists . Melissa was great in working on my speady recovery from knee replacement.

The staff at Adept Physical Therapy provided one on one physical therapy with exercises designed for my injury. Handouts and videos were provided to ensure proper form while doing the exercised at home. The staff is friendly, and professional and patiently answered all my questions.
